What this page says is what the system actually does, not a legal template — it will get more formal as the business grows, but it won't get less honest.
What we collect
An email address and password to create an account. Optionally, your name, phone number, company, and the details of what you need — only what you choose to type into the request or contact form.
How it's protected
Your name, phone, company, and request details are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they're written to the database, with the decryption key kept outside the database itself. Passwords are never stored — only a one-way hash (scrypt). Payment details, once billing is live, go directly to Stripe; we won't hold card numbers ourselves.
Who sees it
The team behind Sigma, to route your request. If we introduce you to a specialist or engineer, we share what's needed to make that introduction relevant — not your full account.
Cookies and tracking
One cookie: a signed session token that keeps you logged in, set only after you log in and cleared on logout. No analytics or advertising scripts run on this site.
Deleting or exporting your data
There's no self-serve delete button yet. Ask through the Contact page and we'll handle it by hand.
The free routing-triage demo and agent builder
Whatever you type into the Try It Free tool or the agent builder — including any background knowledge you paste in — is sent to a model hosted by NVIDIA to generate a response, and nowhere else. None of it is written to our database or logged by us, and the agent builder's memory of your conversation disappears when you leave the page. Don't paste anything sensitive into either one.
